رثاء
في وقت قصير ، دفع قيمة إعلانه الصغير في مكتب الجريدة.و في الصباح قَرَأَهُ :(ينتقل إلى جوار ربه يوم غد السيد فلان عن ......... سنة . تقبل التعازي في ....الكائن في .... إنا لله و إنا إليه راجعون ). وضع الجريدة جانباً ، وقام، و فتح الباب ، لاستقبال المعزّين .
الدمام ـ مارس 2005
Bewailing
Shortly , he paid for his small advertisement in the newspaper office .In the morning he read it :( Tomorrow Mr…. about ….years .The consolation will be in …..that located in ….we are all for God and we all will die ).He put the newspaper aside , stood up , opened the door to meet the comforters .

منيرة؛ تلوح بيدها مودعة زوجها، تبتسم وهي تربط حزامها و حزام صغيرها، متجهة بسيارتها من الرياض إلى الدمام . شعرها يلعب به الهواء .

Moumira
Moumira , waving her hand saying farewell to her husband , smiling as she is fastening her seat belt and her child's , driving from Ryiadh to Al Dammam. The air is playing with her hair .
اثنان
وجدته في البرية ، في البيت سقيته الماء ، و أطعمته .
يقوم بعمله كل يوم .
وعندما أقبل نحوه يهز أذنيه الطويلتين و كأنه يبتسم .
لكنه يرفع نهيقا حادا عندما نمر بجاري الجالس في باب بيته ، حيث لم نتحدث منذ سنوات .
Two
I found him in the wilderness , At home I gave him drink , I gave him to eat .
Every day he did his work .when I came near him he shook his long ears as if he smiled.
But he brayed high angrily when passing by our neighbor who was sitting in front of his door, as we did not talk for years .

حلم
استيقظ الفتى من قبره في الليل . الكل نيام . قبيل الفجر توجه إلى الحي المجاور ، ودعاهم إلى حفلة عارمة .
Dream
The young man woke up from his grave at night . Every one was sleeping . Before dawn he made his way to the nearest neighborhood , invited them to a great party .
